I have been a professional photographer for 20 years. I first started working in the fashion industry working with model agencies, magazines and various clothing companies including Vogue and Wella.  I have photographed many celebrities including Prince Andrew, Leslie Crowther, Mathew Kelly, many soap stars and more recently Alan Shearer, Girls Aloud, Blue and Darious. Commercially I work for Ad, Design, Communications Agencies and large companies including Unilever UK, Monza Spain, Kosmea Cosmetics Australia , Mars Confectionary , BBC, Huntsman and Hilton Hotels group.  Recently I have been featured in Living North, NE Exclusive, Professional Photographer, Digital Photo Pro, National and local press. Photography is my passion.

 

Paul Berry

 

I have been passionate about photography for over 20 years my first professional work being whilst serving in the Armed Services in 1982 documenting military subjects.  Since then I have been involved in projects all over the world many of a documentary nature, including; ‘A Students Eye View of the Maastricht Treaty’ in Denmark;  ‘Seven Miles Out’ a documentary shoot of the Great Yacht Race from a yachts eye view on the Tyne; Newcastle.  Currently I have been involved in commercial photography helping small to medium size businesses visualize themselves and their services through photography, believing that pictures are just as important as words.  I have a particular passion for naturally lit portrait photography and really enjoy working in black & white media forms using traditional skills.

 

Pat Moss

 

Pat is the manager, coordinator and she brings everything together. She makes sure we are where we are supposed to be and takes care of a lot of the details and post production. Pat is a talented make up artist in her own right and specializes in natural/beauty make up and can be hired to enhance your wedding day experience.

 

Here and now

 

Pat and I opened our first gallery in Brotton, Saltburn by the Sea in the North East of England, which has proved to be a great success. The gallery has two areas, one that is dedicated to my Fine Art images, which are sold to collectors all over the world. The second area showcases our Weddings and Portraits which are very popular locally, it’s a place where you can come and relax and discus your requirements, it contains a viewing lounge where you can view your images with a coffee. We have a studio, full digital processing suite including large format printing facilities where we lovingly print everything from a small print up to larger prints for your wall on a variety of surfaces. We also have a wet darkroom, all of which enables us to keep control from start to finish and ensures you exquisite quality.

 

The Future

 

From 2009 I have invited Paul Berry to join Wedding Photographers Teesside as natural extention of the team in readiness for greater expansion over the next few years. I met Paul in 2008 and respected his wedding work and over the last 12 mounth Paul and I have worked together on many projects, so I have aksed Paul to join me and as from 2010 Paul will run Wedding Photographers Teesside and continue the natural, informal style that has been so succsessful over the past few years.
